RIBALSKY

The style and two-materiality of the facades are dictated by the overall composition of the complex, the creation of contrast and harmony.

IDEA:

- restore the memory of the place - the port area, use metal and glass in materials.
- Tidy up the embankment from the Rybalskoye side and make it a place of attraction both for the residents of the complex itself and for guests. Berth for yachts and yachts,
port atmosphere, seasonal cafes. The style and two-materiality of the facades are dictated by the overall composition of the complex, the creation of contrast and harmony.
The quarter itself is a three-story stylobate with a central pedestrian zone from which high-rise volumes of offices, housing and apartments “grow”. Under
It has two floors of parking lots.
2nd floor - parking for residents of the complex.
1st - floor - parking for visitors to offices and a shopping center, loading stores, garbage collection.
1,2,3 floors - shopping, office and entertainment center with an exploitable roof.
The place of entry and entrance to the complex is from the side of the Havana Bridge. There is an open piazza from which a pedestrian canyon begins, penetrating the entire
stylobate. The spectacular and intriguing triangular space of the square, like a funnel, draws visitors into the territory and, passing through the stylobate, leads them to
chamber space of the inner harbour. The facade of the stylobate facing the harbor is an office center. In a separate part, it rises above the stylobate by 8 floors.
The volumes of residential buildings with a height of 22, 24, 36 and 50 floors are made of glass and "embraced" with steel structures. On the central and highest building - structures
red, on the rest - steel. In front of it there is a front square, a symbolic place - for those strolling along the embankment, a meeting point. Round
the shape of the square smooths out the sharp outlines of the main volume. And the rounded colonnade entering the water, as it were, cuts off the main surface of the river from the pier.
The entire territory is designed as pedestrian and car-free.
