It was built on the site of a historic building destroyed by time, which did not have the status of a cultural heritage site. The building is designed in modern architectural forms, according to the planning module, the scale and scale of the members, it is organically inscribed in the historically formed architectural environment. The perimeter building of the quarter has been restored. The building is large-scale to the surrounding buildings, forms Mykhailivska Street and gives it compositional completeness.
